This role is responsible for reviewing new client, matter, and hire requests, conducting conflicts research, analyzing potential ethical and business issues, and assisting attorneys with conflict resolution Responsibiliti esReview and analyze conflicts searches for new matters, clients, and hire s.Conduct corporate and legal research to identify potential conflicts issue s.Prepare conflict summaries and communicate findings to attorneys and firm stakeholder s.Assist with conflict waivers, engagement documentation, and ethical screen s.Maintain accurate records throughout the conflicts clearance proces s.Support timely matter openings while ensuring compliance with professional responsibility standard Qualificati onsLaw firm experience in conflicts, new business intake, risk management, compliance, paralegal, or legal research functio ns.Experience with Intapp Open or similar conflicts platforms preferr ed.Excellent written and verbal communication abiliti #J-18808-Ljbffr
