We create hair and body care products made from botanical ingredients. With gentle, yet effective formulations and a focus on minimalist design, Landen believes in encouraging positive habits of wellbeing. About the role: We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join us and help grow our business in North America. Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives; Plan, write, edit, and proofread various communication materials including marketing collateral, blogs, print magazines, newsletters, and social media posts; Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention campaigns; Coordinate events from start to finish; Liaise with external stakeholders and suppliers; Curate and update website and app content, including news and events; Identify and approach potential sponsors and advertisers. Relevant skills & attributes: Degree in Marketing or Communications; Outstanding communication skills with the ability to create effective written communications that accurately convey our values and ideals; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop); Experience in continuous improvement activities is a plus; A proactive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
