This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while maintaining a robust outpatient support system. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing both telehealth and in-person (when applicable) modalities.

• Develop and implement tailored service plans that encompass effective behavioral health treatments for individuals and groups.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management system.

• Deliver progress notes promptly following therapy sessions to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision to enhance your skills and stay current with therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Avalid license to practice as an LMFT or its equivalent.

• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in the DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on empathetic client engagement.

• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage client scheduling and appointment availability.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy and knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google G Suite and practice management platforms like TheraNest.
