Capital Markets Project Manager

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with an understanding of Capital Markets to lead end to end project delivery across regulatory and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with front office teams and line of business stakeholders, along with the ability to manage full project lifecycles from planning through execution and close.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage interdependence across programs and ensure alignment with Enterprise change management priorities.
• Serve as a liaison between Capital Markets Trading, Analytics, Finance, Risk and other line of business and enterprise support functions
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring awareness, alignment, and understanding of program financials, decisions, status, etc
• Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with required standards.
• Develop high quality project artifacts, documentation, reporting materials, and presentations.
• Leverage advanced Teams, Sharepoint, One Note, Project, Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data, track progress, and deliver executive ready materials.
