Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in patient care decisions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team; document care and outcomes per policy.
- Monitor patient status, assess needs, and participate in discharge planning and education as appropriate.

Requirements
- Current, active RN license in California.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN) with eligibility to practice in California.
- OB/GYN/maternity care nursing experience is preferred for this assignment.
- Ability to work nights on a 3x12 schedule and participate in a travel assignment.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
