Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate with the Centralized Intake process and school site contacts to manage intern caseloads, addressing any issues as they arise.

• Engage in ongoing review and quality assurance of documentation and client records, adhering to agency policies and funding requirements.

• Attend scheduled agency meetings and training sessions to stay informed about best practices and operational changes.
\n
• Complete programmatic and administrative reports as requested by the Director, maintaining organizational standards.
\n
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the AWARDS electronic health record system for comprehensive client management.
\n
• Provide clinical consultations in person and via phone for clients experiencing both crisis and non-crisis situations, using tailored therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Maintain a neat and organized virtual work environment, reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
\n
• Implement and monitor clinical program objectives, delivery standards, and compliance with established policies.
\n
• Deliver psychotherapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.
\n
• Ensure compliance with record maintenance and documentation for all client files.
\n
• Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding process for interns, aligning their development with agency goals.

• Organize recruitment events targeting interns and trainees to broaden our outreach and educational partnerships.
\n
• Facilitate training workshops for interns and university students, ensuring adherence to ever-evolving federal, state, and county regulations.

• Maintain complete and accurate audit-compliant records for each intern under your supervision.
\n
• Participate in evaluating intern performance, fostering retention, and initiating corrective actions as necessary.

• Support the monitoring of intern caseloads to drive successful programmatic outcomes.
