Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health struggles, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Implement recognized therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create and execute personalized treatment plans that set achievable goals and outline specific interventions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to protect client welfare.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions in adherence to ethical guidelines, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and secure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
