Human Resources Generalist

Seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Generalist, the part-time contracted position will manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensure compliance with HR operations, and enhance employee engagement while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Manage high-volume recruitment processes and maintain effective communication with applicants and department managers Ensure adherence to labor laws and develop HR policies while overseeing efficient HR operations Collaborate with management to improve employee relations, address performance issues, and implement recognition programs Required qualifications: 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources role with leadership experience Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Experience with HR-related technologies and a willingness to learn new systems Familiarity with tools such as JazzHR, Monday.com, or Rippling
