Work Environment This role is designed to be remote, complemented by an outpatient office setting where team collaboration is encouraged. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining structured client appointments during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to determine specific needs and challenges. Develop individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches. Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy. Employ behavioral strategies tailored to each client's distinctive progress, consistently adjusting methods to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain precise and organized records of client interactions and progress within our electronic medical records system. Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training opportunities to enhance clinical expertise. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with individuals seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating effective therapy skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate building rapport with clients. Knowledge of and proficiency with electronic medical record systems and documentation practices is a valuable asset. Preferred Experience Experience in working with couples and families is preferred, given our organization’s focus. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a willingness to engage in diverse therapeutic practices. Prior experience in a remote work setup may be advantageous in adapting to our flexible environment. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
