Pathfinders Inc is seeking highly a motivated and professional individual to join our client for a  direct hire opportunity in Horsham, PA!

Responsibilities:

• Answer basic questions regarding Specialty Insurance policies, coverage, and premiums
• Accurately enter and update policy information
• Resolve issues
• Initiate changes or corrections to customer policies
• Provide price quotes to prospective customers

Requirements:

• 2+ years customer service or call center experience
• Previous insurance experience is a plus!
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Must be available for local or US travel 1-5 times yearly

Details:

• Full Time, M-F
• Pay: $21-22/hr based on experience
• Location: Horsham, PA
