Licensed Assistant Salon Manager

Sport Clips Haircuts in Hope Mills, NC is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. What You'll Do:

• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination

• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture

• Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services
  What We're Looking For
• Active NC Cosmetology License

• Experience as a hair stylist (men's cutting preferred)
• Passion for customer service and team development

• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
