Your expertise will be utilized to configure and optimize the platform, ensuring it meets the unique needs of our LATAM clients. Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SFDC Commerce platform to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain efficient business processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SFDC with other systems.
• Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their queries and issues.
• Monitor and analyze platform performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance platform security.
• Stay updated with the latest SFDC Commerce features and trends.
• Document and maintain accurate records of platform configurations and changes.
• Train and mentor junior team members on SFDC Commerce administration.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SFDC Commerce configuration and administration.
• Strong knowledge of SFDC platform and its capabilities.
• Experience working with LATAM clients is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Proficiency in using SFDC development tools and APIs.
• Understanding of web technologies and development frameworks.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is desirable.
