We're looking for an experienced, motivated Operations Manager to help lead our growing Property Management Department. This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced leadership team while helping improve processes, support employees, and continue building one of Hampton Roads' premier property management companies. This is a full time, in office position located in Virginia Beach. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Property Management Department. Support, coach, and develop team members. Improve operational processes and efficiencies. Monitor departmental performance and company standards. Assist with onboarding and training new employees. Coordinate with leasing, maintenance, accounting, and property management teams. Ensure compliance with Virginia Landlord Tenant Law, Fair Housing, and company policies. Assist with escalated owner and resident concerns. Monitor inspections, reports, deadlines, and operational workflows. Work with leadership on department growth and special projects. Qualifications Active Virginia Real Estate License required. Previous property management experience required. Leadership or management experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Professional, dependable, and solution oriented. AppFolio experience is a plus. Why Abrams Realty?
