Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Position: Receptionist Full time and Parttime opportunities available!
*HOURS ARE*
Fulltime Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Parttime Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm and Sunday 8am-4pm
Provide telephone coverage and perform comprehensive support services for administration, human resources and other departments. Responsibilities and Duties.
Provides telephone coverage as needed
Establishes good public relations by being courteous to all
When new residents arrive, notifies social services and/or nursing unit
Keeps reception area/lobby clutter free
Ensure front door is locked at end of shift
Takes resident pictures
Assists with scanning, as needed
Distributes mail
Plans/assists with employee events
Qualifications and Skills
Compassion and desire to work with geriatric population
