The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing a high volume of critical documents, ensuring accuracy, and analysing claims with precision. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of service and integrity for which our firm is known. Responsibilities Review, categorise, and process a high volume of digital documents accurately and efficiently. Analyse claims and related documentation to ensure they adhere to established guidelines and regulatory standards. Verify information for completeness and correctness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain impeccable and organised records within the company’s digital file management systems. Collaborate with team members and other departments to support a seamless operational workflow. Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection protocols at all times. Assist in generating reports based on processed data as required. Qualifications Proven professional experience in document processing, claims administration, or a similar data-intensive role. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a remote environment. High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and make sound judgements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
