IT Business Analyst II

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Business Analyst II. This role is crucial for supporting our operations within the Treasury Risk and Forecasting Tech Teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proactive, and maintain excellent communication abilities to ensure effective collaboration across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must have prior work or current work experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
• Self-starter with excellent anticipation skills, problem solving, follow up, must have excellent judgment, be independent thinker and resourceful
• Demonstrated ability in either current or prior positions to interact with senior level executives
• Proven ability and demonstrated skills to foster a welcoming / positive attitude and promote team morale
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience at Client
• Knowledge of systems including Concur, GEP, Corporate travel services, myfacilities, visitor access system, etc.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor team's completion of compliance trainings, AIM certifications, and other mandates, and follow up on delinquencies
• Serve as a Proxy for senior managers on application access and system approvals, ensuring timely and policy-compliant approvals
• Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate with other assistants or managers as needed
• Provide support for equipment issues, facility requests, and onsite office-related assistance
• Create and update team's organizational chart and contact lists, and collaborate with other teams for administrative tasks
• Support team in planning and coordinating employee engagement events
