IT Business Analyst

3B Staffing LLC

10+ years of Business Analysis experience within Capital Markets, preferably in Front Office environments.
Deep knowledge of FICC products, including interest rate swaps, cross-currency swaps, FX derivatives, fixed income securities, repos, and other OTC derivatives.
Strong understanding of trade capture, pricing, valuation, risk, and trade lifecycle processes.
Experience working with front-office trading platforms, pricing engines, and valuation tools.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into Jira epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and architects.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with regulatory, operational, and post-trade impacts across the FICC lifecycle is highly desirable.
