Join an established 100% cosmetic plastic surgery practice in Des Moines, Iowa, offering a partnership-track opportunity within a thriving self-pay practice. Work alongside a high-volume plastic surgeon with access to an established referral network, a broad aesthetic case mix, and the flexibility to build the practice you envision.

Position Highlights

• 100% cosmetic, self-pay practice with no insurance billing
• Partnership-track opportunity with equity ownership potential
• Established referral network with immediate patient demand
• Diverse cosmetic case mix including breast augmentation, mastopexy, abdominoplasty, liposuction, gynecomastia, and facial rejuvenation
• Flexibility to develop your preferred aesthetic practice and case mix
• Onsite AAAASF-certified surgical suite with two recovery bays
• No hospital, trauma, or emergency department call
• Integrated medical spa providing a strong referral source for cosmetic procedures
• Dedicated team of physician assistants, registered nurses, and surgical assistants
• In-house marketing support and streamlined EMR system

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery
• Fellowship training and/or demonstrated expertise in aesthetic breast and body procedures
• Interest in building a long-term cosmetic surgery practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary for the first two years or percentage of collections, whichever is greater
• Collections model: 35% (Years 1-2), 40% (Years 3-5), and 45% (Year 6+)
• Partnership track with equity ownership and partner earning potential exceeding 1 million annually
