This includes sharp headlines, pithy ad copy, succinct scripts, and gripping digital copy, as well as informational and benefit-driven content.* Comprehend strategic briefs and develop work that's on brand and strategy. Distill and transform complex information into concise, clear, persuasive copy.* Review and edit your copy and others’ for accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.* Maintain compliance and brand standards on all marketing materials.* Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while adapting to feedback for high-quality output.* Prepare and present work to Marketing leadership for approval.* Participate in brainstorming and strategic planning sessions.* Use campaign data and insights to develop targeted solutions.* Keep projects on track, taking advantage of our project management system.* Become an expert in Wintrust products, banker/LO enablement, and customer needs across multiple lines of business.* Innovate our creative by identifying and executing on consumer financial behavior trends and marketing strategies.**Qualifications*** Must have 4 – 6 years minimum of proven experience as a B2C Copywriter with a focus on financial services or other regulated industry (both agency and in-house experience preferred).* Diverse portfolio of work across advertising mediums and marketing channels.* Proactive and creative problem-solver, with an understanding of brand strategy, voice, and tone.* Outstanding verbal and written communication, time-management, organizational, and research skills.* Collaborative spirit and cool under pressure. Takes feedback and incorporates it.
