Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies tailored to the individual needs of clients, ensuring a thoughtful and empathetic approach.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify mental health conditions and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to facilitate comprehensive care and improve patient support systems.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while protecting client confidentiality.

• Engage in regular professional development and training opportunities to stay informed on the latest research and trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals and families facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance misuse, and trauma. Given our commitment to accessibility, many of our clients may have previously limited access to mental health resources. As an LPC, you will have the passion and skill set to empower clients towards recovery and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, particularly in clinical settings.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport across diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n
