Job Description\n CoreMedical Group Perm is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a job in Elwood, Kansas.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Physical Therapist\n Discipline: Therapy\n Start Date: ASAP\n Duration: Ongoing\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours\n Employment Type: Staff\n \n Would look at PTs with acute care and outpatient clinic experience. Would look at new grads with the right attitude as well.Home Health PT\n Having a tough time recruiting due to location in St. Joseph, MO\n Salary: $90k-$100k\n Mileage reimbursement offered\n Full-time, 40 hours per week with a weekend call rotation. Productivity depends on the visit type. Expectations: 2 SOCs per day, 1 SOC and 3 evaluations per day, or 5 evaluations per day.\n $10k sign-on bonus currently being offered.
