Position Administrative & Loaner Coordinator Location: Genesis of Plano, TX Job Id: 7171 # of Openings: 1 Job Overview The Service Administrative & Loaner Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Service Department by combining front‑desk receptionist responsibilities with ownership of the loaner vehicle coordination process. This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong administrative skills, and prior experience in a dealership environment. The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced setting. Responsibilities Greets all customers to create a great guest experience Answers and routes incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously Directs customers to the appropriate department or point‑of‑contact Supports the Service Department with administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel Assists with scheduling, customer communication, and follow‑up as needed Trains and expands to include loaner car coordinator responsibilities Actively practices customer service advocacy Verifies customer eligibility and ensures proper documentation is completed Tracks loaner vehicle availability, condition, and return status Coordinates with service advisors, technicians, and management regarding loaner usage Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times Works comfortably in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dealership setting required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay structure Flexible Monday through Saturday five‑day workweek Optional benefits including medical, vision, dental, and Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) with company match Company‑paid life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Chaplain Services Drug‑Free Workplace In addition to background checks, Huffines performs pre‑employment and random drug testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Huffines
