- Experience in Operations Management to coordinate processes, improve efficiencies, and support daily business activities.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, address concerns, and contribute to a positive client experience.
- Administrative Assistance experience, including scheduling, document management, and organizing remote meetings.
- Proficiency with common digital tools and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, collaboration platforms).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Relevant education or training in business, operations, administration, or a related field is preferred.
