Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations, behavioral guidelines, positive behavior plans, and medication management strategies.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize clinical screening tools to gather evidence-based data, supporting effective diagnosis and interventions.

• Collaborate with team members to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our practice meets the highest standards.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to facilitate comprehensive client care.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to ensure contract standards are upheld and to promote Mindful Perspective's mission within the community.

• Build relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to foster collaboration, enhance program outreach, and secure potential funding sources.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and representing the agency at state meetings.
\n
• Integrate the agency’s mission, values, and principles into everyday practices, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support program goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Mindful Perspective Moments Therapy, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries.
