Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adult clients who have undergone a thorough screening process to ensure they require low-acuity mental health support. This significantly reduces the risk of dealing with severe mental health crises, allowing you to focus on empowering your clients towards recovery and growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Please note: provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Proficient computer literacy to navigate our therapy platform and maintain organized client records.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling setting.
