Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer management systems.
- Patience, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate's or bachelor's degree (preferred by some employers).
- Previous customer service, retail, call center, or administrative experience is often preferred.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zendesk may be beneficial.
Salary/Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
