Senior Manager, Employee Benefits & Client Strategy

The Standard is seeking a strategic, people-focused leader to drive client management excellence within our Employee Benefits Sales and Client Management HUB, based in Dallas or Houston, TX for cases over 100 lives. You will lead client management strategies, coach teams, and partner with Sales leadership to strengthen revenue growth, client retention and profitability.
