Perks: Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM TO 3:30 PM Weekly paycheck Pay: $18.75 Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to safely push, pull, lift, stack, and move products, equipment, and materials throughout the warehouse. Use handheld RF scanners with a high degree of accuracy to track inventory, process orders, and maintain accurate records. Load and unload trailers while following safety procedures and quality standards. Perform inbound receiving processes and demonstrate a commitment to supply chain quality, process excellence, and operational efficiency. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks, including forklifts and order pickers. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and more than 75 lbs. occasionally, and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling. Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and work in hot or cold warehouse environments. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
