Audit/Compliance Analyst IV

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Audit/Compliance Analyst IV in Boston, MA. Duties:

• Review and evaluate transactions or requests to ensure alignment with internal policies and compliance requirements
• Monitor team inboxes and intake channels, respond to inquiries, and provide guidance on next steps
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and organize required documentation for review and approval processes
• Support compliance reviews by preparing standardized documentation and ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Collect, analyze, and track data related to transaction limits, thresholds, or other control metrics
• Prepare recurring reports and key performance metrics for leadership and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and support meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting discussions, and tracking action items
• Maintain and update policies, procedures, and process documentation to ensure alignment with current standards
• Participate in special projects, including process improvements and support for new initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, compliance, or a related field
• Experience supporting regulatory, risk, or compliance functions within a corporate or financial environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret data efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with standard office tools, data analysis, and reporting systems
• Adaptability and ability to respond to changing business needs and requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
