Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and offer crisis intervention for patients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Document clinical interactions with precision, maintaining accurate and timely clinical records and progress notes that comply with departmental policies and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary health care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and discharge plans, based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Engage actively with community resource groups to build relationships that will support patients' social needs, representing the organization at relevant meetings and committees.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive space for individuals to express their thoughts and feelings while learning from one another.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adults, families, and older adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your role will involve addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts, ensuring that each client's unique background and cultural context are considered in the therapeutic process. Your expertise in family dynamics will be crucial in fostering healing and facilitating successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active and valid Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
