About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a focus on AI operations to join their team. The ideal candidate, referred to as an Artisan, will be responsible for owning and scaling the operational backbone of the organization. This role demands a high level of expertise in building and iterating operational systems that can scale a business, particularly in the context of an AI-native environment. Key responsibilities for the COO include but are not limited to, pricing and packaging strategy, data and analytics governance, customer and technical support operations, business systems, and internal AI infrastructure. The successful candidate will have the authority to redesign processes, automate workflows, and will be the ultimate judgment for operational quality. The role is not limited to a single department but encompasses the entire operational machine of the company. The COO will be at the forefront of the company's AI operations, with direct access to all relevant company context and a significant growth path in terms of compensation and responsibility. The position is not a stepping stone; it is a pivotal role for an individual who can demonstrate the required systems and review capabilities, without the need for a traditional resume or degree.
