Business Development Manager

Dublin Construction is actively seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our construction team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the growth of the company's project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial construction markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and other industry partners
• Lead client outreach efforts, including prospecting, presentations, and follow-up communications
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's client base and market presence
• Support the pursuit process from lead generation through contract award
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify upcoming projects, expansion plans, and partnership opportunities
• Support successful proposal submissions and project awards
• Enhance brand visibility and market presence in target sectors
• Represent Dublin Construction at industry events, conferences, association meetings, and networking functions
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand, values, and commitment to quality and service

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• An understanding of construction techniques, terminology, and contract types preferred
• Experience in a construction or business development related field
