Team Lead - Loan Officer

Lead. Coach. Produce. Lend-A-Loan Mortgage is looking for an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Team Lead – Mortgage Loan Officer to help grow and develop a team of Loan Officers. This role is ideal for a high-performing mortgage professional who enjoys mentoring others, leading by example, and thriving in a fast-paced sales environment. As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of 4–8 Loan Officers, help drive production, provide coaching and accountability, and work warm transfer leads generated through our proven lead generation system.
