This is a full-time W-2 position with benefits, paid training, and unlimited earning potential. What You'll Do Learn the mortgage process from industry professionals Build relationships with prospective homeowners through outbound and inbound phone calls Ask thoughtful questions to understand clients' financial goals Guide borrowers through the mortgage application process Collect documentation and maintain accurate loan files Work alongside processors and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience Follow proven sales strategies and daily activity goals Develop lasting relationships that lead to repeat and referral business What You'll Receive Hands‑on coaching from experienced mortgage leaders Live call coaching, scripting, and objection handling Ongoing mentorship and career development Full operational support so you can focus on your clients A clear career path into a high‑income profession We work HARD, but we play hard, too.
