THE OPPORTUNITY If you’ve built a career making people feel taken care of — in a restaurant, hotel, retail store, or anywhere customers come first — you already have the most important skills for this role. As a service advisor, you’re the trusted guide between our customers and our service team: scheduling visits, translating technician-speak into plain English, keeping people in the loop, and making sure every interaction leaves someone feeling genuinely looked after. No automotive background required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about cars. You just bring the warmth, the hustle, and the commitment to doing right by people. What You Can Earn $120K+ Target annual earnings $200K+ For top performers Base hourly pay plus commission on closed repair orders and performance bonuses — no cap on what you can earn when you’re delivering results.
