Sheehy INFINITI of Chantilly seeks a highly skilled, polished, professional  Internet Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. Business is better than ever, and we need someone who will keep up with the increasing demand while providing our customers with an extraordinary, best-in-class experience. We are looking for someone with a great, self-motivated, enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, including desking deals, strong internet skills, and a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Desk deals for both new and used inventory for internet leads


• Appraise customer vehicles


• Monitor, respond, and develop internet leads


• Develop customer relationships with effective and clear communication


• Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability


• Present and demonstrate inventory


• Receive credit applications (manually and online)


• Maintain CSI, gross average. and monthly units to dealership standards


• Must be familiar with CRM - eLead experience a plus

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of one year in Automotive Sales Management


• Outgoing personality with strength in developing relationships


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Leadership and training skills


• Authorized to work in the USA


• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test


• Must have a valid driver's license
