Job Summary:

Position Title: HR Generalist
Location: Roseville, CA 95661
Duration: 13 weeks (Possible extension)
Work Schedule: 08:00 AM-04:30 PM Day Shift M-F
Hours: 40
Pay rate: 32-38$/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as a first-line HR resource for leaders and employees by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices.
• Support employee relations activities, including intake of concerns, documentation review, and coordination of initial investigations.
• Provide guidance on performance management, corrective action processes, and employee documentation in alignment with organizational policies.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, employee engagement activities, and HR compliance initiatives.
• Analyze HR data, workforce trends, and operational metrics to support local HR recommendations and process improvements.
• Support workforce planning discussions by gathering and preparing relevant HR data and historical trends.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, and cross-functional teams to support operational HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational employment policies and regulations.
• Assist with training coordination, policy communication, and employee education activities.
• Support audits, reporting requests, and other HR administrative and operational functions as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and organizational information.
