Managing a portfolio of early-stage startups, the full-time Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to founders, helping them identify growth opportunities and prepare for successful enterprise partnerships while working remotely or onsite in various locations. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of startups, guiding founders in defining priorities and establishing milestones for enterprise readiness Connect startups with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to address business and operational challenges Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and risks, facilitating regular portfolio reviews to align objectives with strategic priorities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of experience in startups, consulting, or related fields Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative nature and problem-solving orientation Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders
