Vice President of Operations, Supply Chain & Logistics About the Company Rapid-growing distributor of foodservice supplies Industry: Wholesale Type: Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations - Supply Chain - Logistics (Integrator) to play a pivotal role in executing the business plan and achieving P&L results. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and holding the team accountable for their commitments, as well as removing obstacles, managing major projects, and standardizing work processes. This leadership position requires close collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer to translate strategic ideas into functional plans across various business areas. The VP Ops will also be instrumental in integrating and optimizing the major functions of the business, with a focus on the six key components: people, vision, data, issues, process, and traction. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, own the business scorecard, and lead the team to achieve growth and P&L objectives. Foster a healthy, collaborative environment and resolve issues to ensure the leadership team is cohesive and functional. Serve as a role model for the company’s core values, demonstrating effective project management and continuous improvement skills. Ensure the organization is well-equipped to deliver exceptional results for its customer base. Enable and validate effective communication throughout the organization and champion the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for the integration of all major operating functions.
