Personal Injury Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing mid-size boutique practice. This role involves representing injured individuals in personal injury claims and advocating aggressively to secure favorable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial Conduct client consultations and case evaluations Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery Handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel Develop case strategy, including liability and damages analysis Work closely with medical providers, experts, and investigators Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case status Ensure all deadlines and compliance requirements are met Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in New York 1-3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law Strong litigation and negotiation skills Experience handling depositions, mediations, and court appearances Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Genuine Search Group
