Labor and Delivery RN - Full-Time Night Shift in Great Bend, KS

• Experience: New grads welcome, prior Labor & Delivery experience preferred
• Pay Range: $30 - $36.50 hourly + shift differentials
• Benefits: Full benefits package
• Additional Compensation: Evening ($2.30), Night ($3.75), Weekend ($3.00) shift differentials

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
• Monitor fetal heart rates and progress during labor
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Assist with emergency situations and neonatal resuscitation
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Educate patients and families about procedures and postpartum care
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff

What You Need:

• Active Kansas RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within first 2 weeks
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 6 months
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification within 1 year
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude
• Prior labor and delivery nursing experience preferred but not required
