YourRoleatAcousti AsaEstimator/ProjectManager,youwillplayacriticalroleinleadingcommercialdrywallprojectsfrominceptiontocompletion.Youwillberesponsibleforestimating,bidding,andmanagingprojectstoensuretimelyandprofitableexecutionwhilemaintainingstrongrelationshipswithclients,subcontractors,andinternalteams. Inthisrole,youwillcontributedirectlytothesuccessofourcompanybyensuringefficientoperationsanddeliveringhigh-qualityresults.Youwillworkcloselywithourdynamicteamandplayakeypartinsupportingourday-to-dayoperations,ensuringourhighstandardsaremaintained. Responsibilities Inthisrole,youwill: Reviewprojectscopeandidentifyrisks,confirmingexpectationswithallstakeholdersfromtheoutset Ensurebidproposalsareaccurateandmanageprojectstomeetprofitexpectations Overseeprojectsfrominitiationtocompletion,includingtake-offs,materialorders,communication,andpunchlists Maintainasolidunderstandingofpricingandproposalmodelstosecureprofitableprojects Leadclientinteractionsandsalesefforts,guidingcustomersfrominitialcontactthroughprojectclose Identifyandmaximizeopportunitiestogainmarketsharefromcompetitorsthroughconsultativeselling Buildanetworkofqualifiedleadsthroughreferrals,coldcalling,email,andothernetworkingmethods Managebillingandcollections,preparingmonthlypaymentrequestsandfollowinguponoverduepayments Trackandmaintaincontrooverprojectschedulesandbudgetsonadaily,weekly,andmonthlybasis Effectivelycommunicatewithcustomers,vendors,subcontractors,andinternalteamsonprojectspecifications,costs,andchallenges Useexpertiseindrywallinstallationtotroubleshootfieldissuesandanticipatechallenges Negotiatematerialbuyoutstosecurethebestpossiblepricing EvaluateandrespondtocustomerproposalsandRFPsforlargerenovationandCapExprojects,includingreviewingblueprints,specifications,andcontracts Stayuptodatewithindustrypractices,materials,andinstallationmethods,offeringguidancetoteamsandclients WhatWe’reLookingforinYou Tosucceedinthisrole,youshouldhave: 5-10yearsofprovenprojectmanagementexperienceincommercialdrywalland/orceilingprojects StrongproficiencyinOn-ScreenTakeoffandQuickBid Experiencemanagingcommercialconstructionprojectsfromstarttofinish Excellentorganizationalandtimemanagementskills,withtheabilitytoworkindependentlyandwithinateam Strongcommunicationandleadershipskills,withtheabilitytomentorandcoachothers PreferredQualifications Inadditiontotheabove,wewouldprefercandidateswith: Associate’sdegreeorhigherinarelevantfield Experienceinconsultativesellingandbusinessdevelopmentwithinthedrywallindustry EducationRequirements Required: HighSchooldiploma WhyJoinAcousti?
