What You'll Do

Instead of working for one dealership...

You'll help support multiple high-performing automotive repair shops by:

• Contacting customers due for maintenance or repairs
• Re-engaging declined service recommendations
• Following up on missed opportunities
• Scheduling appointments directly into shop calendars
• Updating CRM notes accurately
• Building trust with customers over the phone
• Helping repair shops grow their business

This is an outbound phone role, but every conversation has a purpose.

You're helping customers take care of their vehicles while creating real revenue for our clients.
