The Role: This Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process. They will gather and process all loan documentation and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms. What You'll Be Doing: Review and process loan applications to make sure all details are accurate and complete. Collect and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, employment, title, appraisal, etc.). Prep files for underwriting and follow up to clear any conditions. Be the go-to person for borrowers during the process - keeping them informed and confident every step of the way. Partner with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third parties to get loans to the finish line smoothly and on time. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Previous experience with mortgage loan processing preferred Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans #J-18808-Ljbffr
