Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate and respond to clients' evolving needs by conducting frequent assessments and adapting therapeutic strategies accordingly.

• Manage a structured calendar of appointments and maintain organized records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.

• Conduct telehealth sessions, providing evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Participate actively in our Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate on care strategies and improve patient outcomes.

• Document and maintain meticulous records, including monthly and quarterly progress evaluations, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate education and training sessions for staff members, promoting adherence to program protocols and documentation requirements.

• Conduct follow-up sessions to assess ongoing client needs and ensure the continuity of care.

• Actively contribute to improving our methods and training materials to enhance service delivery across the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will provide counseling services to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a wide array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
