Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to provide therapy services from a location of your choice while still being integrated into a vibrant team. However, occasional in-office meetings or training sessions may be required to foster collaboration among team members and to discuss client care strategies. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, followed by the formulation of individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Provide direct therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families by employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other solution-oriented interventions.

• Collaborate intricately with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure a cohesive treatment approach for clients.

• Maintain thorough documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and client communications in accordance with HIPAA regulations and the organization’s policies to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in opportunities for professional development to continue enhancing your skills and knowledge in the field of marriage and family therapy.

• Stay updated on the latest industry research, therapeutic techniques, and best practices to provide high-quality mental health services.

• Adhere to legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality concerning client information and professional conduct.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will primarily support a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as relationship issues, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n
