This role is 100% remote, providing flexibility for your work-life balance while allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care from the comfort of your home. As part of our telehealth model, you will engage with clients via secure video sessions, which are facilitated through our state-of-the-art electronic medical record (EMR) system integrated with artificial intelligence. This technology simplifies administrative tasks, provides prompts for follow-ups, and facilitates effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, ensuring that each session aligns with individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific emotional disorders.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to create a cohesive treatment approach, coordinating care that considers the holistic needs of each client.

• Utilize clinically validated tools and symptom self-assessments to monitor clients’ progress, allowing for adjustments to treatment plans based on measurable outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily center around supporting adults struggling with a spectrum of emotional disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and substance-related issues. At our detox center, you will provide critical therapeutic support during a pivotal time in their recovery journey, which requires sensitivity and understanding of diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
