Travel Services Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role

We#39;re looking for a customer-focused Travel Services Coordinator to join our growing remote team.

In this role, you#39;ll assist clients with travel reservations, itinerary planning, and travel coordination while providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. You#39;ll help ensure every client has a smooth and enjoyable experience from the initial inquiry through the completion of their trip.

Whether you#39;re beginning a career in travel or bringing experience from customer service, hospitality, or administration, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

What You#39;ll Do

• Assist clients with booking hotels, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, tours, and other travel services
• Coordinate reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and itinerary updates
• Research destinations, travel options, accommodations, and transportation based on client preferences
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and online communication platforms
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking information
• Communicate travel details clearly and professionally
• Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after travel
• Build lasting relationships through outstanding service

Qualifications

We#39;re looking for candidates who have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• A customer-first attitude
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative support, scheduling, travel, or reservations is preferred but not required.
