Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental health needs, integrating their histories and personal experiences to inform treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage a varied caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a private practice setting or in delivering telehealth services is highly desirable. Familiarity with integrating technology into the counseling process will give candidates an added advantage. Previous work with trauma-informed care or experience working with specific populations (e.g., children, veterans, or marginalized communities) is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
