Rental Coordinator – RECO Equipment Inc.
Location: Belmont, OH

What You'll DoAs a Rental Coordinator, you'll be the key point of contact for our rental customers, helping them find the right equipment while ensuring every rental runs smoothly from start to finish.

Requirements:
Responsibilities include:
- Build new business through outbound calls and customer outreach.
- Respond to rental inquiries and close rental opportunities.
- Prepare rental agreements, invoices, and required documentation.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, and returns with Logistics.
- Maintain accurate customer information in Zoho CRM.
- Verify insurance, process purchase orders, and shipping documents.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and rental payments.
- Communicate equipment availability, pricing, and specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to both new and existing customers.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Knowledge of construction, heavy equipment, or industrial equipment is a plus.
